Misty Monday IV

today were going to have a misty monday with Poliça.

Poliça (often written as Polica) is an American indie rock band from Minneapolis, Minnesota with an electronic and R&B sound. The band was founded in 2011 by Ryan Olson and Channy Leaneagh who had previously collaborated in the soft rock band Gayngs. Poliça produces very characteristic songs like Dark Star The voice of Cahnny is processed with some vocoding effects and the drums sounds heavy, like taped in a big room. The song Amongster is in my opinion a perfect Misty Monday Song. All their songs are anyhow a bit mysterious and dark. I hear some similarities with Belgian band SX.
